  A huge thumbs up to the young ladies at checkout. There was 2 of them on one register one scanning and the other packing. Old school and way more effective, we flew through even thou it was busy. Woolworths could go back to this system and gain back some needed customers. Great job to u girls down there.

  Not impressed with service this time. Only 1checkout open with 4 of us waiting. One staff to watch one shopper at self serve. Was told to go through 12 items checkout, no way , get abused if someone comes along with just a few items. When quiet close the self serve and serve the customers as you are supposed to.

  Probably the worst store to select direct to boot from. Have had to chase refunds for missing bags of groceries from the last 5 orders I have placed. Calling the store to see if it has been left in the cool room or freezer is no use as the staff answering phones can’t be bothered checking and tell you to go online to request a refund, which can take 5 business days, and then re-order. Online section needs a huge focus on re-training and ensuring ordered items aren’t constantly being left behind.

  My local so pop in fairly regularly. Staff are always happy and friendly. Quite possibly the slowest checkout operators I've ever encountered though. Save yourself the hassle and always go self service.

  The store itself was great shop there every week but the young girl on the register today was terrible she wasn't interested in being there she kept yawning all the time very slow didn't bother to look where barcode was to scan didn't take care when packing items eg bread on bottom of bag with hard heavy things on top if she was learning she just couldn't be bothered
